The Tourism Skills Network Gloucestershire is offering hospitality and tourism businesses the opportunity to benefit from a FREE mystery shopper opportunity designed to assess telephone communication skills. Each businesses that has registered an interest will benefit from:

* 3 mystery shopper telephone calls within a 2 week period

* a verbal feedback session

* short written report on the experience of the mystery caller.


Participation in Mystery Shopper activities is usually quite costly - but thanks to funding, the Tourism Skills Network Gloucestershire are able to offer this to the first 70 businesses that register, AT NO COST! Where training needs for telephone skills arise there will be an opportunity for staff to access a half day telephone skills workshop.
