Visitor Guide

50,000 copies of the Cheltenham Spa Visitor Guide are produced annually and distributed throughout the UK and overseas. A number of advertising opportunities exist within the guide to help businesses target potential visitors to the area.

Tourism Website

www.visitcheltenham.info currently attracts more than 50,000 unique visits each month. Businesses advertising in the guide obtain a free entry onto the website.

Cheltenham stages an impressive calendar of major events in an annual programme attracting and entertaining visitors from around the world. Highlights include:

25,000 copies of the Cheltenham Eating Out Guide are produced each year, showing the wide variety of fashionable restaurants, wine bars, bistros and coffee bars available to tempt visitors. Copies are distributed to Tourist Information Centres and other outlets throughout Gloucestershire. Free publication.

Mini Guide (also in Japanese)

The Cheltenham Spa mini guide is produced in English and Japanese and is on sale at 50p.

Conference Website

Joint Exhibitions Campaign

VisitCheltenham, in conjunction with county partners, attends a number of Travel Trade and Consumer exhibitions across the country on behalf of Cheltenham, and the Cotswolds and Forest of Dean Destination Management Organisation. It also undertakes several exhibitions overseas in co-operation with regional partners. There are a number of leaflet racking and sponsorship opportunities available.

Promotional opportunities within the Tourist Information Centre

Events can be promoted through the Cheltenham Tourist Information Centre. Tickets for many local events can now be booked at the TICket shop. Details of all tickets currently on sale can be found on our website www.visitcheltenham.info and also be booked on-line.
